Can you do it again with -f option?

brew uninstall -f distroav

It seems that you are uninstalled obs first and it's plugin distroav later.

Can you install obs again, and reinstall distroav, uninstall distroav, uninstall obs?

brew install obs
brew reinstall distroav
brew uninstall distroav
brew uninstall obs

Of course, I will try to find more nicer way but anyway it would works.
