Enable upload filename with unicode for Backblaze B2

When I try to upload a file named "测试软件.zip" to Backblaze B2, it fails and give me a error log of the following:

This seems to happen when the filename contains Chinese character. When I renamed it to fully English characters, it uploaded successfully.

Hm, that's quite interesting. In general, Dropshare supports UTF-8. I will look into this for B2.
