[Feature]: Extend blacklist filter to search in title.

Even tho i added the blacklist word "Reihenmittelhaus" to the blacklist filter, the search result is not getting filtered.

Proposed Feature

Maybe the title of the entry is not processed ? If so, could you add an option to also filter out searchwords that appear in the title of the entry?

for example: "Reihenmittelhaus mit Carport und Garage"

Hey.

I've just checked myself both by checking the code and even trying it out with the ui, the blacklist works perfectly fine. It scans through the title and for those provider that return a description, it also checks agains the description. Please show me your job config (in the ui).
