Change terminaltables dependency to terminaltables3

Hello. The terminaltables project has been renamed to terminaltables3: https://github.com/matthewdeanmartin/terminaltables3. The original (https://github.com/Robpol86/terminaltables) has been unmaintained for some time, and has directed people to terminaltables3. This is a request to update any instances of the "terminaltables" name to "terminaltables3", as it is intended to be a drop-in replacement.
