Error on command gu install

I follow th e documentation et need to install native-image for my test with spring-native.
And i fall in this problems, error 403 when the commen gu install native-image run.
My environnement windows

_java --version
openjdk 11.0.13 2021-10-19
OpenJDK Runtime Environment GraalVM CE 21.3.0 (build 11.0.13+7-jvmci-21.3-b05)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM GraalVM CE 21.3.0 (build 11.0.13+7-jvmci-21.3-b05, mixed mode, sharing)_

I verified with the team which take care of network and the proxy configuration is ok , no block fron the proxy as we view
Here the trace:

I still suspect the network enviroment problem on your side.
I connect through my own proxy server and test it works fine.

Bad port: 7891

I reproduced your problem because port 7891 was misconfigured by me on purpose.

Or you can try to configure the proxy like this.
