Why my chatbot can not use?

I have instanlled ollama and ai-optimizer sandbox, and run a llama3.1 model, and have add the model at sandbox, I can use at the os server with command, but I can not use it at the web site, it return a reply "I'm sorry, something's gone wrong. Please try again. If the problem persists, please raise an issue", how to solve that?

I have solved the issue, is the name problem, the model ID must as same as the command "ollama ls" display name

@ajdbdmf Thank you for raising this, I'm going to re-open and address in our documentation as well as ensure a better error message is returned for this use-case.
