• kubebuilder 4.10.1 update
• Relates: Meta Issue for k8s 1.34 bump #7020

Motivation for the change:
To keep K8s and scaffolding updated

• updating kubebuilder to 4.10.1 ansible-operator-plugins#186

Which is blocked by k8s python library issue(s) mentioned in the above. It doesn't seem they are doing a backport, or it's taking very long. 🤷🏻
