For tasks created by zimit-frontend, we should probably change the default value of noMobileDevice setting to be true, since it looks like most of our user base on this service is browsing ZIMs from desktop machines (contrary to our "normal" user base which is more browsing ZIMs from phones or sometimes tablets).

We should just alter the default value in the UI, so that users can still return to "mobile-first" ZIMs if they want/need to.
