Currrently, warc2zim does not rewrite XHTML as html content, leading to issues for instance in openzim/zim-requests#450

I do not see any concern to rewrite XHTML just like HTML, parser is supposed to be resilient. The only problem might be that we will probably serve it as HTML in the end ... is this really a big deal?
