Move libkiwix spellchecking feature to libzim #1011
Description
The spellchecking feature created at kiwix/libkiwix#1230 should be moved an integrated within the libzim.
List of task:
- Remove all the code in the libkiwix
- Reassess the whole API (in particular the naming)
- Write the index in ZIM file (optionaly?)
- ...
