Support "test" format challenges

Only the Javascript challenges are capable of 'evaling' user code to verify the solution. For most of the other challenges, the challenge contains a video that the user watches, then the user takes a multiple choice test.

We should rework the front-end to support these multple choice tests, and the challenge runner should correctly "grade" test.
