stubby (getdns): needs to be compiled against WolfSSL vs OpenSSL

Environment: (put here arch, model, OpenWrt version) 22.03.0 r19685-512e76967f , TP-Link TL-WDR3600 v1.

Description: stubby is compiled against libopenssl1.1 which is a very big package. After installing just two packages on my device, stubby and sudo, I now have just 156KB of free space which is horrible.
