Feature request for labelled data

A function that uses a codebook for data that is coded as numbers and transforms numbers into the respective labels.

Another function which uses the codebook with numbers and labels and from there builds an attractive human-readible codebook which is shown at the top level of the build website.

These are feautures which are included in technical development of an ORD proposal.
