Describe the bug
LCW can be installed to desktop, but it should only be installed on mobile devices

To Reproduce
App Store (mac) - search/download Learner Credential Wallet
Or open this on browser window in Mac: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/learner-credential-wallet/id1590615710

Expected behavior
Should not see the open to install on desktop
