Submitted a feature request to Mendix product team.

A Mendix project maintainer needs to configure one of many offline synchronization rules that currently (as of Mendix v9.24.5) can only be applied at the project level Native navigation profile.

Ideally, a Mendix developer is given the option to apply synchronization rules pre-configured at the module package level.
