Afya Yangu: - Review of UCS Code for upgrade

This issue will involve a brief review of the UCS repos in light of libraries and dependencies updates, LOE estimation and any potential technical blockers. The repos should be upgraded with all improvements on the Ona original repos and updates to core libraries based on the recommendations on this core review report after review of the repo comparisons

8 repos have been updated from OpenSRP master branches and separate branches named ona-upgrades created in respective softmed repos. We are planning on creating draft PR's on softmed repos to allow for any possible conflict resolution in conjunction with softmed
