App - Waja (CHW)
Android Version - 7

Steps to follow:

  1. Select a family and select a female HH member who is not pregnant
  2. On the top corner select the option to register the woman for ANC
  3. Complete the requested details and click save.

Outcome:

  1. Form takes long to save and at times crashes
