WHO ANC app.

The 3 Nutrition Supplementation questions about "prescribe daily dose of..." are appearing on every contact, even though the training case (Anna) does not have anaemia. The relevance, according to the data dictionary, is {anaemic} = 1.

This is an edge case; can be added to the ice box to be worked on
