The mdn-svelte-tutorial contains no typescript whatsoever

You are right, I must have missed it.

It is online at https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Learn/Tools_and_testing/Client-side_JavaScript_frameworks/Svelte_TypeScript, I'll add it to this site too
