Figure out how to build the code in this repo to github pages automatically

Ideally we'd keep our gh-pages branch up to date with master automatically, but not have to remember to do that with every commit or necessarily keep built/compiled assets around in version control. I'll open a separate ticket for the latter and other packaging concerns.
