The new Register Files Combiner in #213 has been written to support this. However, I haven't actually generated any deltas, or written a script for it, yet, since there was no use case. But now I anticipate doing so would be easy.

We'd only be able to generate deltas from this point onwards—unless I artificially rebuilt the historical archive to generate deltas for past months, too.
