Following the launch of work to #350, we've realised that the colour labels may need explaining on the region pages (although users can find out what they mean from the keys on Open Ownership Map or country pages.

This task would be to add a key explaining the colour coding to region pages, similar to the one on the Open Ownership Map but without the country counts next to each category:
