Appearance problem between OpemSim version and Simian Version

Cannot put new body parts or clothing on till the appearance is loaded, but it never loads. and if it's forced by replacing the outfit (right click on the folder -> Replace Outfit) it breaks the account giving a presence error.

From log file:
[LOGIN] no appearance found

Work around:
$config['send_wearables'] = true;
$config['send_packedapp']=false;
