Nativescript status and site placement

I am just noticing that Nativescript is not in the correct place on the website, if the At Large projects are ordered alphabetically:

And also, the README in this repo still has NativeScript in the incubating column:
https://github.com/openjs-foundation/cross-project-council?tab=readme-ov-file#incubating-projects

I believe we're still in Incubating and working on transitioning to At Large, but as all this process was started before my time, I don't have access to all the linked Google documents to fully understand the situation.
