Is there an existing CVA6 bug for this?

Bug Description

Hi all. Found a case with labels which use do-not-care values bits (as part of concatenation).

SystemVerilog LRM recommends to use do-not-care values only in casex/casez operators or case with inside operator or do-not-care values may work not as it is expected.
