Why

• A user (my dad) was used to taking recycling instruction photos to help with Open Food Facts.
• With the new app, he's confused as how to do that. He sent me the following text.

Proposed solution

• The obvious solution would be to link the placeholder button for packaging/recycling to a new view with just a button to take or refresh the recycling instructions photo. Later, we can implement more complex things like Implement guided packaging input (wizard-like) #515
