I don't think that would be easely discoverable by the end user. What about adding a button near the field? @teolemon

There's a dedicated user mode button already. This is just more opportunity to enter the edit mode when the product is completely empty

I've added the required function for navigation, I'll create a PR for this issue once #1515 is merged which creates the page for editing basic information.
