Send edit events to openfoodfacts-events

• Integrate openfoodfacts-events with product opener
  • add a configuration parameter to reach openfoodfacts-events
  • the configuration parameter It should be configured through environment and integrated in docker
• on edition of a product, call openfoodfacts-events API to register a product_edited event

We will add more events from there on (see https://github.com/openfoodfacts/openfoodfacts-events/blob/main/app/constants.py)

Stretch goal: make it usable in dev using a local instance (will require modifications of openfoodfacts-events ,see openfoodfacts/openfoodfacts-events#108)

Why

• This will enable badges, gamification, time-based analysis
