Problem

At the moment we use the Folksonomy to register any errors we find. The Folksonomy entries can be found at the bottom of the page of the product page. This location is quite hidden and probably most users will not scroll down there. So do we inform the users enough?

Proposed solution

A better way would be to warn the users next to the entry that we think has an issue. This might take the shape of a traffic light, from red (bad), orange (questionable) or green (no issues detected). It might also be shown as the background of the field as we do already in edit mode.
These warnings could be instigated by the Folksonomy fields and using the official errors. Some warnings good instigate a red error and some an orange error.

@aleene Conversely, we should have a bespoke user interface (probably Nutri-Patrol based) to add data quality related properties inside Folksonomy
