Rationale

The django-lang-pref-middleware repository is unused across Open edX repositories, as confirmed by this search: GitHub search query. Since it has no dependencies or integrations, we propose archiving it without additional changes to other Open edX codebases.

Removal

The entire repository will be archived and moved to the openedx-unsupported github org.
