This is a manual backport for the files
missing in 2024a for the changes done in RHOAIENG-8255

Description

How Has This Been Tested?

Merge criteria:

  • The commits are squashed in a cohesive manner and have meaningful messages.
  • Testing instructions have been added in the PR body (for PRs involving changes that are not immediately obvious).
  • The developer has manually tested the changes and verified that the changes work

@atheo89 @harshad16 can you please dismiss the failed test? I need one more fix in 2023b to get the images building

In that PR the image builds should run cleanly after this is merged.
