OCUS (ocna) OCTeam Comment truncated / Unable to Edit Cache submission

Attempted to add an OCTeam comment to a cache in review.
Only the first couple lines presented after posting.
Attempted in multiple browsers (not a browser issue)

Cache was OWN TYPE which also prevents EDIT of any sort by ADMIN
Attempted to alter cache title.

(another issue with the inability to post in the forum but that is to be addressed with it's next update when it arrives)

Yes, this is because the size of the octeam comment in db.
I will prepare the fix for this today.

Own type cache could be another issue - i will investigate.
