Describe the bug

When a user filters contributors from the contributor's list, I noticed 500 redirection is happening in below two conditions:

  1. While clearing the filter
  2. When typed substring is part of any of the searched results.

Screenshot from 2024-10-12 05-55-21

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create contributor insights from the sidebar
  2. Click Add contributors and Click Search for contributors
  3. Search any contributor (e.g. john) and add contributors from the list
  4. Now type any letter that is part of the contributor's list (e.g. j), it will redirect to 500
  5. Also type anything on the filter contributors bar and clear it, It will redirect to 500
