Problem with Stopping and Restarting containers.

Hello!
I am facing a problem with stopping and restarting mgmt-hub containers using the -S and -s flags. After I stop them with the -S and try to restart with -s, the CSS container is marked as unhealthy. I dont know if it has any effect, but the vault container is never in healthy state, not before and not after the restart.

Does anyone has any idea what I am doing wrong?

I'm facing the same issue after restarting the hub or a single container. Did you solve the issue?

In my case I see the css-api container in unhealthy staty after a couple of days it runs correctly. When I try restarting it, still unhealthy state is shown. If I restart all containers others turn in unhealthy state (exchange-api, agbot, fdo-owner-services).
