clusteradm init error

I had the same issue. @dhaiducek recommended I add the --use-bootstrap-token flag e.g.

clusteradm init --use-bootstrap-token --wait --context ${CTX_HUB_CLUSTER}

even though we meet the prerequisites outlined here. I believe it might have something to do with a mismatch in minor versions of client/server but I'm not sure.

Regardless, adding that flag worked for me.
