Add freshwater inundation & heating events spatial layers #242
Description
GBRMPA has heating and freshwater events. This would be useful to add to ReefGuide.
These issues were mentioned by people on a field trip at Moore Reef. Though not clear on priority/value for this data in general versus other.
Uncertain if GBRMPA data can be used directly.
