Arena walls are way too eager to splat/electrocute

In DOS, using the jaguar's leg sweep/trip (down back and kick) when both HARs are pressed into a corner does not cause the cornered HAR to splat against the wall (splat does electricity on powerplant).

OpenOMF seems to only care if the HAR has left the ground, and so will trigger a splat in this situation (and many others).
