"Add publish flag" corrupts frontmatter (removes quotes around value) #283

Given frontmatter that looks like this:

---
aliases:
  - "Something: a quoted alias value"
---

Running the Add publish flag command will make the frontmatter invalid - removing theq uotes from the quoted property value before.
