Extra info needed on cards #251

The project cards should contain some extra information:

- A contact person (with email/github handle)
- Status of the project (maintained/unmaintained + ongoing/terminated)
- Replicated/replicable
--> The last 2 can possibly be filters too

The cards should also be in different colors if they are from the Network or from allied community outside of the Network

cc @EstherPlomp have a look and see if there's anything else that comes to your mind
