Improvement idea: Sticky table head on comparison page

Hi,
thanks for this nice tool. I have one improvement idea:
It would be nice, if the table head with the party names on the comparison page would be sticky that you can see the names if you scroll down.

Seems like a good idea, but is unfortunately not that trivial since the first column is sticky to the left (on small viewports). If you find a way to make it work, I'm happy for a PR. Thanks!
