Replace django-mfa3 dependency

Upstream is planning to discontinue the project, see https://github.com/xi/django-mfa3/issues/19

They recommend migrating to the more popular and maintained [django-two-factor-auth](https://github.com/jazzband/django-two-factor-auth) module.
