Upgrade 4.5 (4.5.0-0.okd-2020-10-15-235428) to 4.6 (4.6.0-0.okd-2021-01-23-132511)

Hello,

Tried updating the development cluster from 4.5.0-0.okd-2020-10-15-235428 to 4.6.0-0.okd-2021-01-23-132511. The entire update was successful (upgrade of FCOS and K8S versions), but two operators are degraded : authentication and console. The logs of the pod and services show that:

I found related bug : https://access.redhat.com/solutions/5460731, but I was able to do such an update on the test cluster (same OKD builds).

Have any of you met and solved a similar problem?
