Proxy certificates in okd-4 has different expiry for multiple certificates

Hi,
Referring to https://docs.okd.io/latest/security/certificate_types_descriptions/proxy-certificates.html#location the location of proxy certificates is Operators mount the config map to /etc/pki/ca-trust/extracted/pem/tls-ca-bundle.pem
when i check the expiry of certs from this path, I see that it shows multiple certs with different expiry dates as shown below

so how will it get renewed since the expiry dates are different for different certificates?
