Not sure if it is related to #1854 since I am not getting the same error.
I did a fresh install of 4.17.0-0.okd-scos-2024-11-07-025119 and installed KubeVirt. I am not being able to get Virtualisation Menu displayed in the console. Even before installing KubeVirt, the other two plugins were in degraded state.
Starting with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4.14, the monitoring pages in the Observe section of the Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform web console are deployed as a dynamic plugin. With this change, the Cluster Monitoring Operator (CMO) is now the component that deploys the Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform web console monitoring plugin resources in the openshift-monitoringnamespace.
Customers applying NetworkPolicy in namespace such as openshift-monitoring (which Red Hat does not recommend doing), are advised to adjust the NetworkPolicy in openshift-monitoring to allow traffic from openshift-console namespace for the service called monitoring-plugin.openshift-monitoring.svc.cluster.local on port 9443.
But I have no sure if it is related or not. I am very new to openshift/kubernetes.. Also very new to CoreOS.
At first I though it was proxy related, as I was running under a proxy and I was getting my proxy IP address in the error messages, but after doing another round of install without the proxy I get the same errors without my proxy IP address.
I restarted the kubevirt-console plugin, saw the log, and nothing strange is displayed there, just a Buch of the following messages, which seems ok.:

After I restarted, no messages.
