I can't disable auto update when install fedoracore

Hi, I want to install OKD, all compute nodes OS are FedoraCore.

And I want to disable auto-update, so.. I add 'storage' item in ignition file.

When I installed done, all comoute nodes still updated kernel.

This is my ignition file content, it wrong?

FCOS Ignition is already disabled - see https://github.com/openshift/installer/blob/master/data/data/bootstrap/systemd/units/zincati.service.d/okd-machine-os-disabled.conf
