This tagged release is the same as what's currently available on PSGallery: https://www.powershellgallery.com/packages/poke/1.1.0.0
Run find-package poke | install-package from a powershell prompt.
If you download the source zip below yourself, extract the files into ~\documents\windowspowershell\modules\poke and run ipmo poke to load.
