Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
cuIpcGetMemHandle couldn't handle cuda buffers allocated by cudaMallocAsync, which requires some additional API call cuMemPoolExportToShareableHandle . This is a known issue for UCX as well openucx/ucx#7110
