This is odontotheme - an Opal plugin.
To install, add to INSTALLED_APPS. It is important that you add it above
'opal' so that it can override Opal templates.
The theme adds a ODONTO_LOGIN_MESSAGE setting which displays a mesage on the login
screen if set.
