Expected Behavior

If the streaming server cannot be reached or is unavailable, I would expect a corresponding error message indicating the failure.

Current Behavior

OBS crashes without any warning immediately after starting the stream.

Steps to Reproduce

Select SRT as the streaming method.
Either leave the streaming server off or block the connection using a firewall.
Start streaming to the offline or blocked SRT server.
OBS crashes when it fails to reach the SRT streaming server.
...
