Design hash tags filter

We need to design a way to display and filter hash tags across all social media posts.

Use case: I want to be able to see all posts with #bitcoin across the YouTube, twitter and Vimeo accounts I am following.

• Design in Illustrator
• Implement in the project with HTML & SASS
